Long Table Dinners
Set in the Nebraska countryside just outside Omaha and Lincoln, the Long Table Dinners with Chef West are intimate evenings centered around food, connection, and place. Hosted in a rustic barn, each dinner features a carefully curated, plated seasonal menu served to a small group at one long table. The experience is relaxed and unhurried, encouraging conversation and community. After dinner, guests are invited to linger by the fire and enjoy the peaceful rural setting.
Pottery Workshops
Set in a quiet barn surrounded by the countryside just outside Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, my pottery workshops are an invitation to slow down and create. No experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new. Each evening includes hands-on pottery, wood-fired pizza, charcuterie, and wine, followed by time to relax by the fire (weather permitting). More than a class, these workshops are about gathering, making, and connecting with people who appreciate creativity, nature, and simple moments.
